It automatically adjusts to the thickness of the card, and ribbon loading is easy. With colour coded guides and a clear LCD control panel, it's simple for anyone to use.
The ZXP Series 7 printer features fast print speeds that improve productivity and reduce wait time. Thanks to its fast print speeds, up to three jobs can be in process at the same time (encoding, printing and laminating simultaneously), enabling fastest throughput. Ease of integration and low maintenance are ensured by the high-capacity media, ribbon and laminate rolls that are synchronised, plus ribbon loading and operation are made easy.
Zebra ZXP Series 7 works with high performance software that allows you to control and monitor your card output. The printer comes standard with Windows Certified printer drivers and the ZXP Toolbox, a separate Windows application that allows easy access to all printer configuration and maintenance functions. Zebra ZXP7 also works with AlphaCard ID Suite, our optional advanced software package for easy application integration and third-party printer management. AlphaCard ID Suite software packages allow you to print to one or more networked card printers and remotely monitor printers health and status. A solution for ID card printing, the ZXP Series 9 Dual-Sided Printer from Zebra uses dye sublimation and thermal transfer processes to achieve 304 dpi color images. It first places the image onto a transfer film and then transfers that image onto the ID card, allowing for efficient printing that retains image quality. This printer applies film on both sides of the card in a single pass to achieve speeds of up to 180 cards per hour when set to average print coverage. It also uses standard size CR-80 cards, printing over-the-edge to ensure that there are no visible borders on any side..
